Encontré este lugar en tik tok. Nuestra mesera fue muy amable y atenta. Los chips se notaban que estaban recién hechos y muy ricos. Yo pedí una torta de fajita y estaba deliciosa, el pan estaba suave y crujiente a la misma vez me encantó. Los tacos de tripa estaban muy buenos, te dan opción entre tripa crujiente o suave. La comida es deliciosa y con sabores auténticos, pero lo que realmente hace especial a este lugar es el ambiente. La decoración está llena de detalles mexicanos que definitivamente te hacen sentir en México desde que entras. El servicio es excelente, muy amable y atento. I used to hesitate coming here, as I thought they were related to Frida’s Tacos on Singleton- TURNS OUT THEY’RE NOT. Thank God!! But , they do have another location on Kiest! Well… First time eating here, and my experience overall- was great. Friendly waitresses & Excellent food choices. They brought out chips and salsa. For my food, I tried a fajita sope along with two corn tortillas tacos hechas a mano de fajita, it was all so so good. Order came out just how I ordered it. As I had asked for some things to be kept out. Their green salsa - 👌🏻 spicy, legit. I loved it. I paired my food with a Sidral, which is an apple soda- very popular in our Hispanic community. And a surprise during my visit, THEY HAVE COMIC SHOWS ON FRIDAY’s!! Wish I could have stayed!! But great environment overall!! 10/10. Highly recommend! Ps. For a really bad cruda, I had my husband pick me up a Caldo de Pollo and that was also very very good! ~ Rosie B

Definitely a little treasure in the city. Atmosphere is fantastic, great customer service, food 👌👍😀👏 Yummi I will definitely come back when I get the chance. Hardly recommend this place, I hardly recommend the Café de Olla and the birria Tacos 🌮 are delicious 😋 Specially the consome ufff good for the "cruda" (hangover) though 😆 the gorditas are very good too 😀 but they are friend so just in case you don't like too much grease consider that. The Aguas are natural and fresh so I give it a 10 👍 Congrats to the owner and the workers because it is hard to find a comfortable, affordable and tasty place like this one. ~ Demy0015

Fridas is back open! Me and my boyfriend had the pleasure of meeting the owners, Julio and Hector. You can tell they truly care about the quality and taste of the food and the experience the customer has. Everyone in the restaurant was very attentive, and shared the future excitement they have for the business. We heard about some maybe Halloween theme and Christmas ideas, and I am so excited. They have such a nice area which is decorated to be great for photos as well. Overall, so excited to keep trying new things on the menu and relaxing in their beautiful area. ~ Reagan B

Biria tacos sooo good,you have to try them,these are the absolute best of all of them, homemade corn tortilla smothered with broth, with cheese,then you get consome with bits of meat onion, cilantro,you dip the taco in there and ohhh my ,you will not regret going there, I was very pleased with the green chicken enchiladas,spicy and flavorful. Atmosphere,service,food!!! Delicious!!! A must go . Although since the other place on kiest closed,, I didn't know there was another place on Singleton, which is the one I came . ~ Diana D

Me super encanto este lugar, nolo conocia o no habia escuchado hablar de el. Solo que un dia daliendo del juego de soccer demi hija, buscamos un lugar donde comer y me salia que atras 3min estaban lugares y nomas no encontramos, y uno ni existia ai, y en eso queme sale Fridas's Tacolandia, e igual nolo mirabamos, pero me baje acaminar para asegurarme sino estaba, yaq estabamos mi hija y yo emocionadas de encontrar este lugar porque alas 2 nos encanta Frida Kahlo❤️. ~ Lilibeth M

Omg! This place is amazing! The birria is out of this world and the service is excellent. Gabriel took our order and explained the menu to us. We’re from Houston and I am sad to say that this place is way better than anything I’ve had back home. The consomé for the birria tacos has meat inside. The gorditas were perfect. The birria burrito is worth the $20 bucks and their bistec a la Mexicans tasted like home. Like my mother in laws cooking. Everything was delicious. Sure to say that we will definitely be back. ~ Mayra G

Great taco spot with amazing drinks! My sister got the Viuda Negra, which she said was nicely balanced mezcal drink without being too strong. The tacos de tripa(both dorado and suave) were so good and well seasoned already. The desert was great, especially the flan that was perfectly creamy and sweet. Lastly, the customer service was phenomenal with very attentive waitresses, and even the owners were incredibly friendly! Overall, it is a cozy family atmosphere with that lively Mexican flair. ~ Octavio A

Love the food and the ambience!! The decor is exceptional!! But what I love most about this place is the fact that they not only have a great establishment, but are LGBTQ friendly. The fact that the owners Gabe and Charlie are married makes it even more appealing!! The only thing missing is a Frida LGBTQ pride flag!!! Buen provecho mi raza!!!!!!! ~ Rene H

Birria tacos were so good!, consomé was so flavorful! Best birria tacos I’ve had since moving to tx. Reminded me of the birria street tacos I’d get in Tijuana. Fresh tortillas, fresh chips and warm salsa was great. Service was good, the server wasn’t too friendly, very passive to us and friendly to others seated next to us, but I’ll deal with it for these tacos. ~ Kaitlyn W

Stopped by Frida’s Tacolandia to pick up some tacos de birria. I’ve been searching for a good place to get birria and this place definitely wins 1st place! Tacos de birria were so good ! And the best part about it they are NOT stingy with the meat they put in their tacos! The place itself is small and cute. Really good customer service too. 100% would recommend! ~ Alyssa R

It was a pleasure to meet one of the owners and learn about the authentic elements of the restaurant. While it’s small on the inside, most seating is for a 4 top and the food portions are healthy. They have some form of happy hour daily and the drinks are good. My friend had the two pound burrito 🌯 and I had the birria tacos 🌮. I’ve been here about 5 times already and highly recommend. ~ Chelsea F

@fridastacolandia2 Really good authentic Mexican. This is a warm inviting place the owner is a Frida fan. The decore was complete with colorful table covers and flowers with set a festive tone. The main was shrimp in corn taco flavorful accents, this was served on true adobe clay plates which futher ads to the appeal and flavor. Definitely a repeat visit. Support small business ~ my f
